Hike through the snowy fields while taking in the spectacular views of Lake Hokuryu, surrounded by mountains and blanketed in snow, and the five mountains of Hokushin: Myoko, Togakushi, Madarao, Iizuna, and Kurohime.
Snowshoes make it easy for anyone to enjoy.
He lived in Geneva, Switzerland for 39 years as the official residence of the ambassador to international organizations.
During that time, he participated in mountain climbing (Mont Blanc, Jungfrau, etc.), ski marathons (Engardin Marathon, 80km Jura Marathon), marathons (Tokyo, New York, Amsterdam, Zurich, Lausanne, Geneva, etc.), and Swiss trail running and snowshoeing in the Jura Mountains, Aletsch Glacier, and Mont Blanc mountain range, under the guidance of his mountain mentor, Takio Kato (deceased, Geneva).
He currently lives in Nozawa Onsen, his wife's hometown, and is active in a wide range of fields, nicknamed "Monsieur."
Member of Nozawa Onsen Ski Club and works at a ski school.
